Demolition for an educational facility in Verdunville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
The scope of work is the building demolition for Logan County Schools. Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed bids based on bidding documents prepared by ZMM Architects and Engineers. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. Contractors must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and licensed to perform work in the State of West Virginia. The successful bidder, upon award, must execute and deliver a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of the contract sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and withhold the final award of contract for 30 days after opening bids.
