Sealed bids are requested for Bulk Ice Control Rock Salt/Sodium Chloride for the city of Florence and the Boone County Fiscal Court. Bids must be submitted electronically via the County's electronic bidding system. Late, hand delivered (paper), emailed or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Specifications, plans, addenda, and question and answers are available electronically through the County's website. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, negotiate modifications, or accept the most desirable bid based on customer value, service, and operational concept, regardless of price. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid deadline. All addenda must be applied and certified in the bid submission. Failure to use the correct and most recent addenda may result in rejection of the bid. Bidders requiring reasonable accommodation for a disability should contact the office as soon as possible.
