WVDOT - 019 - Drainage Improvements - Hawks Nest Cemetery Pipe Liner There are two (2) existing 60" CMP's, one running for 430 LF under US 19, and the second running for 124LF under Access Road #3 (Hilltop Drive). Both pipes have experienced excessive deteriorations and are in danger of plugging and causing protentional damage to the roadways and a potential hazard to the traveling public. The deteriorated pipe needs to be stabilized by liner and or bore and jack. There will be an construction pad on the outlet end of the US 19 pipe but will be built on an existing dump rock gutter that will require maintenance/ excavation from accumulated sediment. This rock gutter will be reestablished when the liner is installed and complete. The outlet end of the US 19 pipe and inlet end of the Hilltop Drive pipe will be cleared of accumulated debris etc. and the dump rock gutter between the two pipes will be reestablished as well.
