Attached are the schools and what jobs need to be completed this year. Depending on circumstances these schools and jobs needing done could change. This will be a two (2) year contract with the option on two (2) additional years being added. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest. Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of worker's compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price.
