The project consists of four structures: 18-127-01.0, located 7-miles east and 2-miles north of Johnstown, consists of the removal of the bridge and the installation of a Tpl 14'x12'x54' RCBC. 18-135-06.1 located 2-miles north and 1-miles east of Manvel, 18-136-09.0 located 2-miles east and 1-mile south of Manvel, & 18-137-09.1 located 3-miles east and 1-mile south of Manvel, consists of the removal only of the bridges. PCN 23708: The project consists of removing six existing bridges and installation of four RCBC's. 18-105-02.0 located 2-miles north and 8-miles west of Inkster consists of the removal of the existing bridge and the installation of a Tpl 14'x9'x52' RCBC. 18-110-11.0 & 18-110-11.1 located 4-miles south and 1-mile west of Orr consists of the removal of both bridges and the installation of a Tpl 16'x9'x54' RCBC. 18-112-18.0 located 1-mile west and 3-miles north of Larimore consists of the removal of the bridge and the installation of a Quad 14'x14'x62' RCBC. 18-113-28.0 & 18-113-28.1 located 2-miles south and 1-mile west of Kempton consists of the removal of both bridges and the installation of a Tpl 14'x8'x52' RCBC. Construction Services: Perform Project Management, Project Administration, Construction Observation, Construction Survey, Materials Testing, and Final Record Keeping. The work will need to follow NDDOT standards and procedures. Additional services, if required, may be negotiated and supplemental agreements issued based on the consultant's performance, the consultant's proposal and available funding. Grand Forks County will engage the services of prequalified engineering firms to perform Construction Engineering on the following project in Grand Forks County scheduled to be completed in 2026 and 2027. All costs associated with the proposal shall be borne by the proposer. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to not award contracts for any and/or all projects. Grand Forks County will conduct interviews. The County plans to interview up to three (3) of the most qualified engineering firms based on whose proposals most clearly meet the RFP requirements. Interviews will take place on a date to be determined by the County. Firms not selected to be interviewed will be notified in writing.
