The Project includes the following Work: Construction of sidewalk improvements along the E Main Street corridor, including installation of new sidewalks on both sides of the roadway, grading, drainage and hydraulic features, traffic signal modifications, pavement markings, erosion control measures, and coordination with utilities and adjacent infrastructure. The Project has an expected duration of 240 consecutive calendar days. RIGHT TO REJECT SUBMITTALS The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bid submittals. This bid submittals request is neither a contractual offer nor a commitment to purchase services. The Town assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of this request, the preparation or submission of a bid by a Respondent, the evaluation of statements, or final selection. All emailed questions must be received by 4:00 PM, Local Time on July 10, 2026. No questions or requests for clarifications will be accepted after this time. Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an addendum and issued by 2:00 PM, Local Time on July 14, 2026 (if needed) on online. All visitors to Town Hall are required to sign in upon entry; therefore, bidders should plan accordingly to allow sufficient time to complete the sign-in process and ensure bids are submitted before the stated deadline. A designated Town staff member will be stationed in the main lobby to accept bids prior to the deadline. Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted.
