Silvera for Seniors seeks qualified contractors to provide HVAC maintenance services for thirty-seven properties in Calgary. The successful contractor will implement best practices in HVAC maintenance, conducting quarterly and annual HVAC inspections in accordance with McCuaig’s HVAC Equipment Maintenance Program. The program will cover a three-year term, with the possibility of a one-year renewal, and the successful proponent may be considered for inclusion in a Preferred Vendor Program. The objective is to secure a proactive service provider capable of cost-effective HVAC service management across all specified properties.
