The scope of this project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct the Eaglewood Golf Course Project as described in the project plans and specifications. The work includes the construction of reinforced concrete pipe, and associated facilities such as junction boxes and appurtenances associated with the sumps. Bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes, include a certified or cashier's check or bid bond for 5% of the total bid price, and ensure the envelopes are properly marked with the bidder's name, address, project title, and bid opening date and hour. Successful bidders must execute the contract and provide evidence of insurance, a faithful performance bond, and a payment bond, each for 100% of the total bid price. No pre-bid conference will be held. All questions before bid opening must be emailed to the design engineer by the specified deadline.
