The Aviation Bureau of the Intermodal Development Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as AOT, is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Aviation Engineering Services. Projects in support of Vermont's ten (10) state-owned airports and the State's Public Airport System include performing a variety of project administration, planning, engineering, design, airport inspection, construction support services, environmental permitting, right-of-way (ROW), and avigation easement services. The types of services required will be in accordance with the Vermont Agency of Transportation Project Development Process, the State of Vermont Department of Buildings & General Services Design Guidelines (for building projects), or as directed by the AOT Project Manager (PM). All questions related to this RFQ shall be sent to Scott Krumm, AOT Contract Administration Bureau, in writing by email at scott.krumm@vermont.gov. All questions and requests for clarification shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026. AOT will not be bound by any oral communications. All questions or requests received will be documented and answered after this date. RFQ is prohibited and may result in the rejection of your submittal.
