Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct a new bathhouse (demolish existing building), ADA parking and ADA campsite, per the contract documents. Builder's Risk is required for this project and must be included in bid price. The proposed project must be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable.
