Renovation of a municipal facility in Hillsboro, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes electrical, painting, insulation, general construction, and mechanical tasks to rehabilitate a building for Emergency Management Agency use on the Montgomery County Highway Department campus at Route 127 and Route 185 in Hillsboro. Work must be performed in accordance with Prevailing Wage Standards, and contractors are required to supply a Certificate of Insurance. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with any necessary documentation to the County Board Administration office on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse in Hillsboro, or mailed to #1 Courthouse Sq., Room 202, Hillsboro, IL 62049. The County reserves the right to waive technicalities and reject any and all proposals.
