The Work consists of the following 1. University Health is seeking a qualified contractor for the Sani-Pak enclosure project located at 4502 Medical drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229. 2. Project requires providing and installing a vinyl curtain enclosure around the existing Sani-Pak and a new exhaust fan and duct work. Reference A/E Construction Documents dated April, 2026. 3. Plans and Specifications embedded within A/E Construction Documents. See the scope of work, reference drawings, and Specifications for details. 4. This project requires attendance at each Owner Engineer Contractor (OEC) BI-WEEKLY meetings. 5. This project requires Construction/ Project Delivery Schedule review and updates at each Owner Engineer Contractor (OEC) BI-WEEKLY meetings. 6. This project requires three (3) week LOOK-AHEAD Construction/ Project Delivery Schedule updates, for each Owner Engineer Contractor (OEC) WEEKLY meetings. University Health is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of a new vinyl curtain enclosure around the existing Sani-Pak and the installation of a new exhaust fan above the Sani-Pak. The work involves, but is not limited to, installation of a vinyl curtain enclosure and exhaust fan. The exhaust air from the existing Sani-Pak is being drawn to the outside air intakes and finding its way into the adjacent interior spaces. The new design of the exhaust system and enclosure will limit the amount of unwanted air into the outside air intakes. There will be some associated electrical wiring for the new exhaust fan.
