Sealed proposals or bids are being requested for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and performing all services required for the construction of the East WWTP Northside CMU Wall and all incidental work. Each bid must be submitted through the Procurement Portal and accompanied by a certified or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. This project consists of the construction of new concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall along the north side of the East Wastewater Treatment Plant, located near East San Luis, County 24th Street and Ave D. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 660 lineal feet of CMU Wall, with a height of 6 feet and block width of 8 inches. All questions must be submitted through the Procurement Portal no later than 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
