Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Design services are sought for the rehabilitation of fan plants and pump rooms. An experienced general engineering consultant is needed to develop, design, support procurement, and provide construction phase services for Design-Bid-Build projects within the MTA C&D Infrastructure Business Unit's NYCT Wayside Mechanical Program for projects scheduled for award in 2026-2029. Vendors must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtain an MTA bidder/supplier number. Bidders must submit a Document Order Form to obtain solicitation documents. Site restrictions include a limit of three attendees per firm for site tours and required PPE and Track Safety certification. Contracting goals include a 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business goal, a 15% Minority Business Enterprise goal, and a 15% Women Business Enterprise goal.
