Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of paving, drainage, water, street light, and landscape improvements for Bobcat Boulevard, including a new roundabout and road widening. The work under this contract includes approximately 3,200 square yards of reinforced concrete pavement, 15 linear feet of 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe, 12 linear feet of 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe, 134 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water pipe, and 37 street light foundations. The location of this project is along Bobcat Boulevard where there is road widening and a new roundabout will be constructed at the intersection of Bobcat Boulevard and Marshall Creek Road in the Town of Trophy Club. A location map is included in the plans. Bidders are required to provide bid security in accordance with the Special Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the bid opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
