The City of Spring Hill will accept quotations for the 2026 Sewer System Rehabilitation work for the Utility Department. Sewer rehabilitation work will be performed throughout the contract period upon authorization by the City of Spring Hill. Bidders shall submit sealed quotations in the format specified in the Invitation to Submit Proposals. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of 60 days. Verbal quotations or quotations received after the closing date will not be accepted. The City of Spring Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
