An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is planned to be issued on or about April 30, 2026. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The Magnitude of Cost for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract within 120 days from bid opening date. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
