The Lower Colorado River Authority is soliciting proposals for a long term master agreement from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work covers a broad range of architectural services, identified by NIGP codes, including but not limited to architectural design services for buildings, sanitation, chemical processing and storage, cold storage, concrete, corrosion control, desalinization, energy management, energy conservation, environmental and energy, fire protection, fisheries, forensic, freight handling, gas systems, general construction, harbors, jetties, piers, ship terminal facilities, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, highways, streets, airport pay-parking lots, irrigation, drainage, flood control, landscape, land development and planning, lighting, models of layouts and buildings to scale, petroleum and fuel storage and distribution, power generation, recreation facilities, recycling systems, security systems, sewage collection, solid waste disposal systems, sports facility, telecommunications systems, towers, tunnels and subways, utilities, video and audio systems design, and water supply, treatment and distribution.
