The Housing Authority of the Town of Enfield is soliciting qualifications for on-call architectural services. One original and two copies of all packages must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Request for Qualifications for On-Call Architectural Services." If mailed, the sealed envelope must be addressed to "Enfield Housing Authority, 1 Pearson Way, Enfield, Connecticut 06082" and received by the specified due date and time. All information must be submitted in ink or typewritten, with mistakes crossed out, corrections inserted, and corrections initialed by the person signing. Responses are considered valid for ninety days after opening. Vendors may not withdraw, cancel, or modify their responses for ninety days after opening. Responses must be signed by an authorized person representing the legal entity of the firm. Any inability to meet specified requirements must be stated in writing and attached. The scope of work, specifications, responses, and contract documents are to be interpreted as acceptable to the Housing Authority. Any substantive changes or interpretations will be issued in writing as an addendum.
