The Authority invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for the purchase and delivery of fifty-two (52) Signal-Tech X-Down TLC LED Signs with accessories (no substitutions) for four DRPA bridge toll plazas. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the lowest overall price submitted, and all products must be supplied as specified. Proposals and political contribution form and certification must be submitted electronically, in PDF format, via SAP Ariba. Faxed, e-mailed, or hard copies of proposals will not be accepted. Registration on the Ariba Network and completion of the Authority's supplier registration questionnaire is required to participate.
