Barnaby Run Sewer Rehabilitation Rehabilitation of 4,346 LF (0.82 miles) of sewer mains and eighteen (18) manholes including stream stabilization. Rehabilitation methods include asset armoring, pipe lining, pipe cleaning, manhole rehabilitation, and manhole replacement. Bidders should note the special requirements imposed through the use of project funding, such as but not limited to the use of Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, the use of American Iron and Steel (AIS) products, the use of American made manufactured products and construction materials as mandated by the Build America Buy America Act (BABA), the submission of AIS and BABA material certifications to WSSC Water, and installation of the MDE/EPA project sign. The EPA final guidance documents for AIS and BABA are incorporated in the contract documents for reference.
