Furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for the repair and resurfacing of tennis courts at Patrick Henry High School. Pre-qualification requirements: All prime contractors must be prequalified to submit a bid. Contractors must possess a valid California State Contractors License (A, C-12, C-32, or other appropriate license, subject to approval). Contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and satisfy a minimum Disabled Veteran Business participation percentage of three percent (3%). Prevailing wage requirements apply. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid value is required. Bids must be submitted electronically and follow all terms and conditions in the bid package. Only prequalified bidders may submit. Prequalification applications must be submitted to the District at least five business days before bid opening. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract unless registered with DIR. Completed applications must be submitted to the District no later than April 24, 2026, 5 business days before the bid opening.
