Proposals are being solicited from qualified consulting engineering firms, and the contract will follow Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) requirements. Instructions to bidders include submitting an electronic copy of the technical proposal as a PDF in the "Response File" field and an electronic copy of the fee proposal as a PDF in the "Cost File" field of the Attachments Tab. Submission will not be accepted unless a "Cost File" attachment is uploaded. One executed original and three copies of the technical proposal, and one copy of the fee proposal, must also be submitted by the electronic submission deadline. Hard copies must be delivered to the Records Management Department, 303 E. “B” Street, Ontario, CA 91764.
