Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade, 680-seat educational facility.
Construction of a new 3-storey elementary school. TIMELINE: EDU capital priorities funding approval was received December 3, 2025 for the design and construction of a new elementary school. Province has announced $30.8 million in funding. The design will be a modified repeat of a school currently under construction by Simcoe County DSB and will be situated on a 7 acre site. Design development has commenced. Project completion is currently scheduled for September 2028. Updates may be available late 2026.
