The City of Norfolk is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of digital wayfinding signage displays. Successful contractors will oversee content management for the kiosks as part of the comprehensive St. Paul’s Kindred neighborhood transformation - Critical Community Improvement projects. Five interactive kiosks will be installed along Freemason Street at key gateway locations and near amenities within the Kindred neighborhood. The system must be designed, fabricated, and invoiced by June 30, 2026.
