The City of Dauphin requires a contractor to perform reconstruction of all road work, including excavation, curb & gutter removal, construction of new curb and gutter, granular subbase and base, Non-Woven Geotextile Fabric, and asphalt pavement. Sandy Street between Forrest Avenue West and River Avenue West: The road is approximately 416m long by 7.600m pavement width. The City of Dauphin requires a contractor to remove existing asphalt, excavate and remove 150mm of existing base, place new GBC Type II granular base course compacted, and 75mm asphalt pavement.
