Site work for a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The replacement of the facility drain system's Manhole "E" including a new polymer concrete manhole, inlet/outlet piping replacement and reconfiguration, temporary bypass pumping and piping, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Additional bid alternates will include coating of downstream facility drain manholes and piping to prevent severe deterioration. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions must be submitted through online. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. For projects which are estimated to exceed $2.5 million in accordance with the engineer’s estimate, Bidders must be prequalified pursuant to NRS 338.1382(1)(a) to bid on the project. Bidders at the time of submission of the bid must be qualified by the State of Nevada Public Works Board and be on the State Public Works Board Qualified Bidder List. A bidder not prequalified is not an eligible bidder.
