Miscellaneous trail reconstruction including clearing and grubbing of 15 trees, 500 cubic yards of common excavation, 2,000 cubic yards of common embankment (CV), 200 cubic yards of aggregate base (CV) Class 5 (from Public Works), 4,650 square yards of full depth reclamation, 610 tons of Type SP 9.5 wearing course mix (2,C), traffic control, 2,500 linear feet of silt fence, 900 cubic yards of organic topsoil borrow, and turf establishment. Work is located in various locations in the City of Coon Rapids. WORK INCLUDED: The Contractor shall, unless otherwise specified, furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor necessary to do the work required under this contract and load, unload, haul, and distribute all forms and materials necessary for this project. The Contractor shall also remove any street surfacing as required, excavate and fill where necessary, handle all drainage, provide barricades, guards, and warning lights, maintain the streets, construct the new surface and install curb and gutter, remove surplus materials, and clean the site. The Contractor shall supply at least one (1) Porta Potty unit at an accessible location within the project limits. The Porta Potty unit shall also be made available to residents or businesses affected by temporary water shut offs as needed during construction and at locations directed by the Engineer. Payment for Porta Potty units used on the project, and any necessary relocations to accommodate requests from residents and businesses during temporary water shutoffs, shall be considered incidental.
