The principal bid items include Bark River Country Meadows Crack Sealing, Lake Five Estates Crack Sealing, Songbird Meadows Crack Sealing, Sweetbriar Lane Crack Sealing, Coventry Meadows Court Crack Sealing, and Marion Court Crack Sealing. All proposals shall be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual furnished by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual. Specifications and other Contract Documents are on file at Lisbon Village Hall. Bidders must purchase Bid Documents from Quest CDN or Engineer to submit a bid. Reproduction of Bid Documents will not be accepted from Bidders. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com for $30.00 each, non-refundable, by inputting Quest Project No. 10134041. Bidding documents are also available for pickup from Kunkel Engineering Group at 1115 S Main St., West Bend, Wisconsin, upon payment of $60.00 each, non-refundable. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
