The selected vendor must provide delivery of equipment to the site for pilot testing, with the City responsible for unloading and placement. Onsite start-up and training services must be provided to City and HDR Engineering staff. Technical support for pilot skid operations, both remote and onsite as needed, must be included to support continuous pilot operations. The vendor must give operational direction and recommendations for the duration of the piloting period, as well as estimates of required source water and chemicals (type and usage amount), including volumetric flow rates, type and quantity of chemical, and any additional operating parameters needed for successful operation. A finalized report detailing piloting operations during the testing period is required. If delivery cannot be made by May 31st, 2026, the proposer should indicate the earliest available delivery date for the City's consideration. All bidders must comply with the requirements as outlined in the scope of work.
