The work consists of demolition of existing asphalt and concrete pavement, construction of new asphalt pavement, storm drain improvements, removal and installation of taxiway edge lights, miscellaneous striping, and electrical and drainage work. The contractor will provide all materials, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to complete the project titled "Taxiway Alpha & Aircraft Apron Reconstruction - Phase 5" in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and plans referenced in the attachments. Bidders must submit one original hard copy and one electronic copy of their bid on a flash drive, ensuring the flash drive is not corrupted or password protected. All documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package marked with the ITB number, project title, and bidders information. Late, oral, telephonic, faxed, emailed, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for monitoring for any addenda issued.
