Site work for a water / sewer project in Armada, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of replacing 14 to 16 lead or galvanized water services throughout the Village of Armada. Principal items of work include: 19 units of cleanup and restoration (concrete and/or asphalt), 226 feet of water service HDPE (1 inch to 1.5 inch), 250 feet of water service HDPE (1 inch bored), 14 units of corporation and tap (1 inch to 1.5 inch), and 4 plumbing connections to homes. Bids are requested for a single prime contract for this phase of the Lead Service Replacement Program. Bidding documents are available for examination at specified locations and must be obtained directly from ROWE Professional Services Company upon payment. Only complete sets of documents are available; partial sets are not provided. Question Deadline 04/27/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
