The City of Fitchburg, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Longsjo Middle School Cafeteria Renovation Project. Drawings, specifications, terms and conditions, and forms may be obtained at www.biddocs.com under the project number BDO #B26-f7V8. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting held at Longsjo Middle School. MBE/WBE PARTICIPATION GOALS - If funding for this Project is provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in whole or in part (such as reimbursements, grants and the like), the contractor shall be required to meet the current applicable minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) and women-owned business enterprise (WBE) participation goals, as determined by DCAMM. Currently, these goals are 4.2% MBE, and 8.8% WBE for construction. Only firms SDO certified as MBE or WBEs can be credited toward meeting project MBE or WBE goals. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/29/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. Project: 614.28
