The City of Amarillo is accepting sealed electronic responses for Bid No. BVB 405-26 Heritage Hills PID New Improvement Project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Project consists of grading,sidewalks, trees, lawn, irrigation, masonry, and related items for Heritage Hills, Public Improvement District, located in Amarillo, Texas as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Turner LandArchitecture, LLC dated January, 2026. The Work includes, but is not limited to, grading, drainage, concrete, electrical systems, landscape irrigation system, and landscape planting. CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES General: During the construction period the Contractor shall have full use of the premises for construction operations, including use of the site. The Contractor's use of the premises is limited only by the Owner's right to perform construction operations with its own forces or to employ separate contractors on portions of the project. OWNER-FURNISHED ITEMS Sleeves crossing streets and electrical conduit to electrical panels will be provided by owner.
