The work includes providing lawn maintenance services, mowing, and trimming at eleven facilities in Laconia, Belmont, Franklin, and Gilford. The successful contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, services, tools, equipment, transportation, off-site debris disposal, and facilities required to complete the scope of work. All work must comply with local, state, and federal regulations and be performed in a neat and workmanlike manner by experienced workers. Contractors are advised to visit the sites prior to submitting a proposal to evaluate site access and the level of effort required. The contract term is for three years, with an estimated fifteen mowing events per year. Proposals must include completed Exhibits A, B, and C and will be evaluated based on the lowest total cost for the three-year contract term from a qualified contractor. Submission instructions require proposals to be clearly marked and delivered by the specified deadline. The proposal must also demonstrate compliance with all registration and insurance requirements. The State reserves the right to waive minor discrepancies, verify qualifications, and award the contract in its best interest.
