Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kanab, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Schedule 1 & Additive 1 - Skutumpah Road widening and paving approximately 2.5 miles of road, installing cattle guards, culverts, signs, and paint striping. Schedule 2 & 3 - Johnson Canyon Road full-depth reclamation of approximately 1.5 miles of road with cement treated base, asphalt, and drainage improvements; and 2" asphalt overlay with lane level on approximately 5.5 miles of road. Bids will be received for a single contract. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are due in writing to Kaden Finlinson, Project Engineer, at kaden.f@jonesanddemille.com on or before Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 5:00 pm with a courtesy copy (cc) to cheryl.b@jonesanddemille.com. The project is titled "NS26-122 Kane County - Skutumpah Rd Improvements & Johnson Canyon Rd Reconstruction." Only electronic copies of bidding documents will be issued. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer by the specified date. Bids for the construction of the project are to be received at the Kane County Offices by the indicated deadline. There is no pre-bid conference. This is an advertisement for a procurement opportunity for Kane County; responses should be directed as designated in the solicitation document. It is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. The contract award will not be posted online, and the Division of Purchasing is not responsible for the procurement process.
