Project Description Detailed Project Description/Base Bid: This project includes the removal of two wood arbor structures from concrete buildings, landscape removal, and the installation of new landscaping with modified irrigation. Additional requirements include: - An 8-foot metal fence on a building roof and concrete wall - A 4-foot metal guard rail on the sidewalk near the existing fountain - Six removable stainless steel bollards with receivers - Two non-removable stainless steel bollards The base bid should include all work and materials as outlined in the plans and specifications. Pre-qualification requirements: Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
