Northview Elementary (NVE) reroofing work consists of two roof areas of approximately 4,784 SF and 9,030 SF horizontal area of membrane replacement (to PVC-KEE) with added insulation, gypsum roof board, gutters, downspouts, miscellaneous roofing details, and minor repairs. Parkway Academy (PA) reroofing work consists of 17,298 SF horizontal area of membrane replacement (to PVC-KEE) over mechanically attached and adhered rigid insulation, 2,852 SF of metal siding cladding, gutter replacement, downspouts, and miscellaneous roofing details. Professional Development Center (PDC) reroofing work consists of 6,317 SF horizontal area of membrane replacement (to PVC-KEE) over adhered rigid insulation, gutter replacement, downspouts, and miscellaneous roofing details. The Bid/Project Manual containing drawings and specifications and other contract documents may be obtained from the Architect/Roof Consultant. Printed copies are available at cost, and electronic copies are available at no charge. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and certain insurance requirements. Bidders' proposals will be evaluated on lowest cost as well as factors such as integrity, performance, licensing, certification, specialized experience, legal compliance, financial solvency, industry reputation, technical capability, prior experience with the Board or Architect, responsiveness to instructions, and compliance therewith.
