The City of Irving requests a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified firms with an active physical office in Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, or Collin Counties. The City seeks professional services for specific categories of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) construction projects and other public improvement construction projects. Qualified firms may select up to three categories from the following: materials testing/geotechnical engineering, surveying, water and wastewater (new and rehabilitation), roadways (new and rehabilitation), traffic engineering/street lighting, drainage facilities, hydraulics & hydrology/floodway, environmental/Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, structural, general engineering, and program/project management. The City will select providers in accordance with the Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 2254. This solicitation is to pre-qualify vendors for upcoming solicitations and does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. Electronic submission is preferred and eliminates errors and unnecessary work.
