The project consists of erosion prevention and sediment control, earthwork, stormwater drainage, granular backfill, topsoil placement, and site restoration of one sinkhole located in Montgomery County. The work will be awarded in one contract. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 10:00 AM CT Questions will be received no later than this date. Submit in writing via email to Elizabeth Black at mocobids@montgomerytn.gov. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. All bidders must be licensed and comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. Bidders must use complete sets of bidding documents and demonstrate qualifications, including construction experience, sufficient equipment resources, and financial resources. Required documents to be submitted with the bid include Bid Bond, Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Equal Employment Opportunity Affidavit, Iran Divestment Act Compliance Certification, Corporate Certificate, Contractor's License Certification, Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit, and Attestation Regarding Personnel Used in Contract Performance. Bidders must provide required information on the outside of the envelope containing the bid, including the contractor's name, license number, expiration date, and license classification as specified for various trades. The bid must be submitted on a lump sum or unit price basis, as indicated on the bid schedule. The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid complying with the conditions of the contract documents and deemed in the best interest of Montgomery County, Tennessee.
