Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes demolition and removal of existing facilities. Grading of the site per the plans and specifications. Placement and compaction of fill and aggregate base. Placement and compaction of asphaltic concrete for roadways and parking lots. Placement of Portland Cement Concrete for sidewalk, curb and gutter, valley gutters, median islands, etc. Installation of traffic control devices such as striping, signage, and speed tables. Installation of storm, sewer, and irrigation lines. Installation of lighting and electrical equipment. Installation of landscaping and irrigation controls. Installation of two softball fields with a concession and restroom facility.
