A self-adhesive membrane will be required under the shingle on the entire roof surface. The gutters and the downspouts also need to be replaced. Add anchors in sufficient number. The vents and maximums are also to be replaced. Building: Replace some patio doors, degassed thermos, building entrance doors and related works. Under building: The work involves the renovation of 20 complete housing units. The disciplines involved are plumbing, electricity, cabinetmaking, carpentry, painting, installation of flexible coating. Delivery schedule The work must be completed by December 31, 2026.
