PROJECT SUMMARY Laval OMH wishes to engage the services of a contractor to supply and install kitchen and bathroom joinery in the flats. The contractor must hold the necessary licenses to operate in Quebec. 2. OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT The building, located at 270 Cartier Boulevard West, was built in 1979. It is an 8-storey multi-unit residential building containing 103 senior housing units. Work on phases 1, 2 and 3 was completed and handed over in March 2026. 3. PROJECT CONTEXT The major project involves the complete renovation of the flats and the replacement of the drainage risers. The works will be carried out in an occupied building and will proceed riser by riser. Tenants will be rehoused for the duration of the works in their own flats. The work phases will follow on from one another, including a period for the relocation of tenants, which will be planned in conjunction with OMH de Laval.
