Remodeling of an office development in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
A. Move all furniture within the office spaces noted on drawing to allow the carpet to be installed. Provide tags and cartons in advance for employees to pack office items. B. Remove existing carpet and base as referenced in Attachment C - Drawings. Flooring and base must be disposed of offsite at contractor's expense. C. Inspection and final cleaning of floor slabs and wall surfaces as needed prior to installing flooring and base. D. Patching of minor imperfections in the floors as required prior to installing new flooring. E. Install 320 sq yds of carpet as indicated on the attached drawing. Exact Quantities to be determined during walk-through. Material to be used: Shaw - Script, 18 X 36 tile, Color - Folio 75305 F. Installation Method, monolithic. G. Install 1,060 linear feet of wall base. Exact Quantities to be determined during walkthrough Material to be used: Roppe 4" wall base, color 682 Evergreen H. Replace all furniture after carpet is installed and walls are painted. I. All painting will be done by others. Question Deadline: 04/08/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. All work shall adhere to all specifications as outlined in the Contract Documents and Bid Drawings. It is reasonably expected that the completion of this project will be on or before June 30th, 2026.
