Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Structural Beam Replacement/Repair as described herein. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, legal disposal and incidentals needed to legally dispose of existing material that needs to be taken out and install new reinforced structural beams. 2. The services shall be performed at the following District 10 Maintenance Stations in Alpine, Amador, Mariposa, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne Counties: A. Woodfords Maintenance Station (MS), 18935 Highway 88, Markleeville, CA 96120 B. Ione MS, 315 Depot Road, Ione, CA 95640 C. Midpines MS, 6610 Highway 140, Midpines, CA 95345 D. Stockton Landscape MS, 312 South Lincoln Street, Stockton, CA 95203 E. Patterson MS, 2060 Sperry Road, Patterson, CA 95363 F. Groveland MS, 18930 Ferretti Road, Groveland, CA 95321 3. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include designee. 4. This Agreement will commence on June 1, 2026 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on October 22, 2027 (estimate). These services shall be provided during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from end of Fall to Spring, and Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Spring to Fall excluding State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
