Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 8,500-square-foot educational facility; and 35,757-square-foot educational facility.
It is the policy of the district to pursue the goal of at least 25% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 5% Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) utilization in the provision of goods and services to the district while at the same time maintaining the quality of goods and services provided to the district through the competitive bidding process. The Board of Education of the City of St. Louis (d/b/a St. Louis Public Schools) ("District" or "SLPS") hereby invites electronic bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive demolition and site restoration services at a former school site. Services shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permitting, environmental compliance, structural demolition, removal of foundations and appurtenances, lawful disposal of debris and full site restoration to a safe, stable and properly graded condition in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
