Sealed proposals are invited for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform the 2026 Sediment Basin Conversion for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 351, Sarpy County, Nebraska, according to the plans and specifications provided. The essential work includes clearing and grubbing, installing silt fence, installing area inlet protection, excavation on-site, excavation haul-off, installing various North American Green seed and mat products for general areas and rain gardens, and all work located as shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications. Proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by E & A Consulting Group, Inc. and include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than $3,610.00, payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 351, as security for contract execution and a contract and maintenance bond of 100% of the contract price. Bid bonds must be executed by a duly licensed corporate surety. Proposals should be sealed, addressed to the Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District 351, marked with the project and bidder information, and accompanied by bid security in a separate, sealed envelope. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. No proposal may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening. The work will be awarded by written contract to the responsible bidder with the lowest acceptable bid, in accordance with plans, specifications, and legal requirements. Sanitary and Improvement District 351 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities and irregularities.
