Quotations are requested for the Emergency Water Service Line Replacement annual contract for the Smyrna Water System. Bidders must submit sealed quotations in the specified format by the deadline. No verbal quotations or late submissions will be accepted. Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee according to state regulations and comply with the Tennessee Contractor License law Section 62-6-119. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or formalities, and accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for 90 days after the closing time. The Town will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other lawfully protected classification.
