Quotes are to be submitted on WWW.PHLCONTRACTS.PHILA.GOV for the following Water Department projects: Rapid Mixer Isolation Valves Betterment at Belmont WTP, Fuel Tanks Replacement at Southwest WPCP, and Roxborough Fresh Water Storage Tanks Corrosion Control System Replacement. No quotes will be accepted unless a Questionnaire & Financial Statement for Qualified Sellers is filed with all questions fully answered. This solicitation is for Pre-qualification Only. Approved Sellers will receive notice and will be invited to the closed bid solicitation. Est. range between $3,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
