This procurement is for mowing and landscaping services to be performed at Western State Hospital, 2400 Russellville Rd, PO Box 2200, Hopkinsville, KY 42240. The contractor shall provide an adequate number of personnel to perform mowing and landscaping services in accordance with the performance specifications, including completing work between the hours of 7am to 7pm. The hospital grounds to be maintained cover approximately 50 acres. No services are to be provided in December, January, or February. The total contract amount will be divided into nine equal monthly payments, invoiced at the end of each service month from March through November. The hospital grounds must be maintained according to specific quality standards, subject to approval by the Hospital Director or their designee.
